Bringing In the New

We are happy to be with you again. We hope that you have been practicing taking a breath before you did anything that might not be exactly the way you would truly want to do something. If not, you can always start now. This is in reference to our last message where we highly suggested that before you say anything, do anything, and even before you make a decision, that you take a breath, take a minute if necessary to have the clarity needed to make the best decision for you. Another way or thing that might be helpful is to send up a quick message to your guides and ask for confirmation, guidance, clarity, or anything else that you need in that instant. Of course, the answer can come in many different ways, it may just pop into your mind, you may feel a positive or heavy feeling giving you a yes or no. Maybe you'll be reminded of something that someone has told you previously that applies to the situation you find yourself in now.

There are many ways to reduce the stress in your life, but many of you have become so accustomed to the adrenaline rush, to the other hormones that are released during stress, that it feels normal to you. Some of you even have a hard time relaxing. You go on vacation, or you take the weekend off, but you still find yourself going and looking at your phone or the computer for news and emails and things that really can be put on the back burner for a few days, a week, or even longer if necessary.

If you want to raise your vibration, if you want to be the best you possible, you need to invite healthy ways of living into your life. Start shifting some of your meals where you might grab fast food on your way between work and an event, check to see if they have something that might not be as harsh on your body. We don't really recommend fast food in most cases but because there are a number of you that prefer vegetables and fruits and lighter meals more and more places are offering those. They don't usually advertise them but whenever you go out to eat take advantage of something that is healthy, but you might not go to the trouble to make for yourself.

Releasing toxins from the stress hormones is a process, many of you have heard of grounding, releasing, taking the Epson salt bath, but breathing also is a major factor. If you check in with your abdominal muscles right now, are they tight? Are they restricting you from taking a deep breath? Tune into your breathing, is it shallow, are you filling your lungs? It sometimes helps to set reminders, whether it's a post-it note or reminder that goes off on your phone, to check in with yourself regularly. How's your breathing, how's your stress level, do you need to step back from and disengage from whatever is in front of you?

There are so many new things coming into your world, shifts in energy, shifts in viewpoints, new beliefs coming in as old beliefs are being let go of. Things are being exposed that have been covered for a long time, both good and not so good things. For you to be able to handle the shift, you really do need to take care of your being on all levels. The physical, the emotional, the mental, and the spiritual levels. They overlap, what may be good for you emotionally will probably also be good mentally, what is good for you spiritually will probably be good for all the other levels. Getting out in nature whether it is your backyard, the beach, the mountains, even 15 or 20 minutes spent quietly surrounded by nature, tuning in to the energy of nature, tuning in to your body can shift your well-being. Committing to making your day the best you can, will shift your life overall. Remembering that you only have now, tomorrow doesn't exist, because when you were there, it is the now. Take stock of where you are now and decide what you can do to make your now even better.

We love you, we are always with you. Please be willing to connect with nature, with spirit, with your own being, with your friends, your loved ones, allow yourself to be surrounded by the energies that you need to make your now better.
