Pay Attention

Welcome, we are glad to be with you. We feel that the energy has shifted for many of you. Not everything lines up according to what the planets are doing but they do have a major influence in the energy that surrounds you. There are so many contributing factors to how you feel, there are the conscious ones, the interactions with friends and family, the things going on in your world, and the things that you choose to do or not do. But there is a great unseen, the energy that flows through and around you at all times, that is also flowing through everyone and everything else at the same time. Which means that if one person has anger it is easy for those around that person to pick up on that anger without knowing it. This is where being conscious of your energy, of how you feel, is so important. Start to purposely pay attention to how you feel when you are around a certain person, or a group of people, pay attention to how you feel after you eat food. For food it would be good to notice after each meal, each snack, just notice immediately and then 15 to 30 minutes later check in again and see if you feel elevated or if you feel diminished.

The more that you can balance your energy, your interaction with the world, the more stable you will feel. You are living through a chaotic time and that requires you to be as centered as you possibly can. Can we guarantee that it will prevent the ups and downs, of course not. But we can guarantee that it will help, that by tracking how you're feeling and we would suggest not just in your mind, but tuning into your body in a way that some of you are not used to. Such as when you eat not only checking your mental status but how does your stomach feel, did you eat too much, too little, do you feel satisfied? And then when you do the following check, are you still feeling satisfied, does your body feel like it's had what it needs? Sometimes you will eat something and even though you feel full, very soon after you are hungry again and you do not understand because the quantity was enough to fill you. In those cases, your body did not get what it needed and that is one of the things to pay attention to. For you to have good health in times of chaos and stress you need to nurture your physical being. Your physical being carries you around in this world, it's how you interact with other people, it's how you function, you are a human being this time around. Many of you have been taught to just focus in the mind, some focus mostly in emotions, we suggest that you learn to check in on all levels. Checking to see if you feel spiritually connected, checking to see if your emotions are regulated or not, checking to see if your body feels whole, if it feels calm, if it feels strong, and then mentally how is your thought process, is your thinking clear.

You are meant to fully embody your life here and the only way to fully embody it is to be fully in your body and paying attention to all levels of your being, nurturing all levels of your being, loving all the parts of you. It can be hard to love yourself, but it is so important. Loving yourself means you can bring that compassion and kindness to yourself when you need it, it also means it can help you make the right choices. You may think that piece of cake is going to make you happy but if you are paying attention to your body and how it has reacted in previous times, then you may choose not to have it or you may choose to have it. Learn what works, when it works, how it works, you are a complicated machine so to speak. The doctors and scientists do not fully understand how everything works, how your mental status so much influences your physical and emotional being. It is all intertwined and the more that you can take care of all your needs, the more you will enjoy life here, the more you will be able to get through the rough times without feeling so overwhelmed that you have to shut down.
