Many Ups and Downs

Welcome to this newsletter. We are grateful to be with you. We send love and healing to all of you. This week for many of you has been filled with ups and downs. Car troubles, personal abrupt changes, and lots of little minor infractions that have caused disturbances to your well-being and your peace of mind.

We bring messages of joy to you. In the midst of a world that seems to focus on negative things, negative news, negative actions, we suggest you remember to look for that joy. We also suggest that you don't hold on to the weight of the things that are happening around you, around the world, and to those that you love. This is a time when you can either sink into the misery or you can choose to look at the light and seek to find peace in your heart so that you can stand strong and continue to uplift yourself and others. We know that can seem like a huge undertaking when you look at all of the things going on around you, but we assure you that it is possible to survive the storms without having to be lost in the storm. Yes, you may feel like you've gotten beaten up, you may feel like you are struggling, but you always have choices. We are not saying it is easy, we have never claimed that being a human is easy. Though we will say the less that you take on, the less that you keep carrying, the easier it is to move forward. It is also easier to move forward as you choose to heal, to release the old. Before you knew that there was this wonderful healing energy available to you, you stored things in deep places in your body. You allowed negative beliefs to infuse your thinking. We do realize that many of those limiting beliefs were infused into your thinking when you were a very young child, but you have the freedom now to start to examine those beliefs and see if they agree with what you know is true.

We are asking that each one of you not only seek out the highest for yourself, but also share that energy, share that love with those that are around. We are not talking the so-called mushy love, we are talking about loving kindness were you recognize that love flows through you and you can flow it to others in compassion and kindness and with generosity.

The other tool that can help you and others is to remember to be in gratitude for all that you have. Yes, there may be suffering but if you step back and look with your other eye, your inner seeing, you may be able to focus on all the things that you have that you can be grateful for. Gratitude will lift your vibration and with that, you can lift others as well.
